We are Force Five Maritime Ventures, a growing sailing and boating company, and we're looking for a highly skilled Automation Expert/Project Manager to help us implement and optimize our automation strategy across multiple business processes. This includes creating and managing customer journeys, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across our tech stack. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools, project management, and a strong understanding of small business operations. You will work closely with our team to improve efficiency and enhance our customer experience using platforms like HubSpot, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zapier, ChatGPT, Monday.com, and PandaDocs. Implement Customer Journey Automation: Lead the automation of customer communication, form submissions, deal creation, and email sequences using HubSpot. Integrate Tools: Utilize Zapier for cross-platform automation, syncing HubSpot, QBO, PandaDocs, and Monday.com to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of automation, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed to a high standard. Process Improvement: Identify additional areas of automation, enhancing the customer journey and internal operations. Provide Reporting: Track key metrics related to the automation process and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency. Collaboration: Work with various teams (sales, marketing, customer service, and finance) to integrate automation into daily operations. Experience: Proven experience in project management, automation, and optimizing workflows for small businesses. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zapier, ChatGPT, Monday.com, and PandaDocs. Automation Tools: Strong understanding of automation tools, including Zapier, and the ability to integrate multiple platforms seamlessly. Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate the automation strategy and collaborate with internal teams. Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process optimization and improvement. Small Business Experience: Familiarity with the challenges and workflows of small business operations. Bonus: Experience in industries related to sailing, boating, or outdoor recreation is a plus but not required.
