Automation & Integration Specialist – Zapier, GoHighLevel, CRM
We’re looking for a freelance automation expert who can help us periodically with integration tasks across our service businesses. Our operations rely heavily on Zapier, GoHighLevel (GHL), and an external production CRM, and we need someone who can: ✅ Troubleshoot and fix automation errors quickly ✅ Build and optimize new automations & workflows ✅ Set up triggers and API connections between platforms ✅ Improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks What We’re Looking For: - Expert in Zapier, GoHighLevel, and API integrations - Strong understanding of webhooks, triggers, and automation logic - Ability to jump in quickly when needed (some availability during U.S. business hours preferred) - Communicates well and is comfortable working in Slack - Experience with service-based businesses (roofing, construction, etc.) is a plus This is a periodic, on-call role, so we’re looking for someone reliable who we can keep on hand for fixes and new automation projects as they come up.
