In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute large-scale influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.). Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with high-profile influencers and agencies to create authentic brand partnerships. Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI. Budget & Performance Tracking: Own and manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation for maximum impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and paid media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall brand strategy. Compliance & Brand Safety: Ensure all influencer collaborations adhere to FTC guidelines, brand messaging, and industry best practices. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of leading large-scale campaigns. Strong relationships with top-tier influencers and influencer agencies across multiple industries. Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms. Expertise in contract negotiation, performance tracking, and campaign analytics. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multi-million-dollar influencer budgets.
