We are looking for a Conversion Tracking Expert with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web tracking to troubleshoot and fix our conversion tracking issues. We are currently experiencing inaccurate or missing conversion data, making it difficult to measure our campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be experienced in setting up, debugging, and optimizing conversion tracking across multiple platforms. Responsibilities ✅ Audit and troubleshoot Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion tracking issues ✅ Fix misconfigured or missing conversion data using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and event tracking ✅ Ensure accurate tracking of form fills, purchases, button clicks, lead submissions, and other key conversion actions ✅ Implement and validate first-party data tracking and server-side tracking (CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) ✅ Work with developers (if needed) to update site code, event scripts, and ensure proper tracking pixel firing ✅ Test and verify that conversions are correctly attributed in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 ✅ Set up proper UTM parameters, event deduplication, and tracking consistency across platforms ✅ Provide documentation and guidance for ongoing maintenance and future tracking needs Requirements
