Website Audit & Optimization Specialist (SEO, CRO, UX) – Actionable Insights Needed
We’re looking for a website audit specialist with expertise in technical SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UX. This isn’t just about improving search rankings. We're looking to make our client's site function better across all marketing channels to support online bookings. The right person will move quickly, focus on execution, and deliver a clear, actionable plan without unnecessary fluff. You’ll work directly with our account executive to stay aligned on priorities and validate findings. We already know some key problem areas: navigation needs improvement, internal linking is weak, keyword cannibalization is an issue, and parent-child page relationships need to be restructured. Your job is to audit, confirm what needs to be fixed, and provide a structured roadmap that ensures the development team can implement changes efficiently. This needs to be done and fully edited by next Wednesday, March 12. Frequent check-ins will be expected to ensure we’re on the right track. We need a focused audit with a clear execution plan (something we can hand off to our development team), not a long report filled with generic best practices. The final deliverable should include prioritized recommendations that address technical SEO gaps, navigation and internal linking issues, and CRO improvements that will directly impact conversions and user experience. Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs is required. You should have a strong track record of identifying and resolving site architecture issues that impact both organic rankings and conversion rates. Familiarity with marketplaces, local service platforms, or hospitality-related websites is a plus. This will be an hourly role with a fixed cap on costs to ensure efficiency while keeping the budget in check. The right candidate will work quickly, provide frequent updates, and stay focused on high-impact changes that will drive measurable results.
