DUE TODAY. This is an easy job for the right candidate. Overview: We are a nonprofit organization looking to send personalized “thank you” emails to our donors using Mailchimp. We have a CSV and the template in word. We just need someone to spend an hour to make it available to send via MailChimp or your email platform. Less than 100 recipients. Needs to go out today. We have donor data (names, email addresses, and donation amounts) in a CSV file, and we need an expert to import and map this data into Mailchimp or other, create or modify a template with personalized merge tags, and ensure the campaign is ready to send. Scope of Work/Responsibilities: Data Preparation & Import Review and clean CSV file (if needed). Import CSV file into our Mailchimp Audience, matching or creating fields (e.g., name, donation amount). Template Setup Set up (or edit) a Mailchimp email template with relevant merge tags. Include placeholders for donor names and donation amounts so each email is personalized. Each template must be personalized to the correct receipient Campaign Configuration Ensure correct audience segments/tags are used (optional: create a segment of these specific donors). Configure the “From” name, reply-to address, and subject line. Testing & Delivery Test merge tags (e.g., via preview, test emails, or a small test segment). Required Skills/Experience: Proven track record of creating and managing Mailchimp or other campaigns (portfolio or references preferred). Strong proficiency in CSV data import and field mapping. Ability to format and customize email templates to match brand guidelines. Attention to detail and timely communication. Deliverables: DELIVERED TODAY Usual rate $50 per hour for 2.5 hours.
