Paid Media Campaign Audit

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our paid advertising account. The goal of this one-time project is to evaluate the current state of the account and provide actionable recommendations for improving performance. What We’re Looking For:
Summary deck of 10 - 15 slides/pages with audit findings and recommendations. We want to know the good, bad and ugly. Project Scope:
The project involves the following tasks: 1 Audit account setup and campaign structure. 2 Review campaign keywords to identify opportunities and gaps. 3 Review search query reports to identify irrelevant terms and recommend negative keywords. 4 Check for keyword cannibalization or duplication across campaigns. 5 Review performance in terms of impression share, ad rank and CPC to opportunities and gaps. 6 Analyze and identify audience targeting opportunities. 7 Evaluate ad and extension performance and recommending optimizations for improved results. 8 Recommending additional opportunities as identified. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ad and Analytics platform including search, shopping, PMax and Demand Gen. Experience with Meta, Amazon and Walmart media a plus. Candidate should be comfortable reviewing accounts with $250K+ in spend and have strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, knowledge of current best-practices and the ability to provide clear, data-driven recommendations. Please include examples of similar projects you’ve worked on or results you’ve achieved in your proposal. Willingness to potentially have an ongoing relationship after initial project.
