I'm looking to hire an Assistant to support me and my 3 businesses based in Dallas, TX. The work will mainly involve the following and we can discuss other tasks as we see mutual fit: 1) Communicating with clients and my team on a daily basis 2) Manage light projects and tasks 3) Support execution of growth initiatives, especially in marketing & business development 4) Manage my calendar 10-20 hours per week with an opportunity to become full-time long term. Required Qualifications 1) Only US-based talent will be considered. 2) Be virtually available between 8.30am and 9.30am and 3.00pm and 5.00pm (US Central Time) for short client and staffing communications 3) Speaking Spanish 4) Experience in customer service and handling difficult conversations 5) Have outstanding organizational skills 6) Be curious and hungry to learn and get better Preferred Qualifications 1) Being located in the Dallas Ft Worth metro area 2) Experience in marketing & sales 3) Experience in dispatching and communicating with company drivers
