HubSpot Specialist – Initial Audit & Project Work (Potential Long-Term Role)

About Lux Lights Lux Lights specializes in permanent holiday and accent lighting systems. We’re a fast-growing company looking to streamline our operations and optimize our use of HubSpot. We're seeking a HubSpot specialist to help us set up, refine, and automate key processes within the platform. The Opportunity This role starts as a small, project-based engagement with an initial budget of $100 for an audit and a few initial tasks to assess efficiency and compatibility. If the collaboration proves successful, this could evolve into a longer-term role. What We Need Initially Audit our current HubSpot setup (CRM, workflows, integrations). Identify areas for improvement and provide quick wins. Complete a few small tasks to demonstrate efficiency and expertise. Potential Long-Term Scope of Work If the initial trial goes well, we’d like to expand the role into: CRM Optimization: Organizing and cleaning up pipelines, deal stages, and automations. Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation: Setting up workflows for lead follow-up, email sequences, and customer segmentation. Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics. Integrations: Ensuring HubSpot works seamlessly with other tools we use (Adminify, Jobber, JustCall, etc.). Ongoing Training & Support: Helping our team leverage HubSpot efficiently. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or Administrator. Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, workflows, automation, and integrations. Ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance. Clear communicator who can provide recommendations for improvement.
