Mailchimp Automation Expert for Personalized Email Campaign
Description: Golf Fit is looking for a Mailchimp expert to help us set up an automated, personalized email system that delivers weekly workout plans to our subscribers based on their fitness goals, level, available equipment, and workout frequency. We have a clear workflow structure and need someone with strong expertise in Mailchimp’s Customer Journey Builder, segmentation, dynamic content, and automation to bring this to life. Project Scope: • Set up audience segmentation & tagging based on user preferences (e.g., fitness level, workout goal, equipment availability). • Build an automated weekly email campaign that dynamically inserts personalized workouts based on subscriber tags. • Implement dynamic content blocks so each user receives workouts relevant to their fitness profile. • Create an engaging email template with strong calls-to-action (e.g., "Mark Workout Complete," "Adjust My Plan"). • Integrate with our user intake form (Google Forms, Typeform, or another tool) so data flows seamlessly into Mailchimp. • Optimize deliverability and engagement (A/B testing, best practices for open/click-through rates). Ideal Candidate: ✔️ Proven experience with Mailchimp automation & segmentation (please provide examples). ✔️ Experience with dynamic email content & conditional logic. ✔️ Ability to connect Mailchimp with external forms for data collection. ✔️ Strong understanding of email deliverability and optimization strategies. ✔️ (Bonus) Experience with fitness or membership-based email campaigns.
