Fractional VP of Sales Consultant

Atlantic Training is looking for a Fractional VP of Sales/Consultant to help us level up our sales team and processes. If you’re a seasoned sales leader who thrives on strategy, team building, and closing deals but you’re not looking for a full-time gig then hey, this could be the perfect fit. We need someone to shape, lead, and optimize our sales efforts without the corporate red tape. Who We Are -- Atlantic Training delivers engaging workplace training that actually works. Our digital solutions help businesses keep their teams safe and compliant, without the mind-numbing boredom. We run on a Hunter-Farmer sales model, with SDRs generating leads, AEs closing deals, and Customer Success keeping clients happy. We’ve been in the game for over a decade, but we move fast like a startup. Our platform is growing, and we need an experienced sales leader to help us scale efficiently.
