Location: Remote Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are a custom software and web/mobile development company looking for a digital strategist to lead our website strategy while also developing digital strategies for our clients and prospects. This role will focus on enhancing our digital presence, optimizing customer journeys, refining brand positioning, and identifying opportunities for client success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Experience & Website Strategy -Develop and execute a website strategy roadmap for both our company and new clients we onboard, including UX/UI improvements, content structure, and lead funnel optimization. -Conduct website audits for internal and client websites to identify opportunities for conversion optimization, engagement, and brand positioning. -Analyze competitor websites and industry trends to optimize website architecture and overall digital strategy. -Offer conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and lead generation. -Create presentations and pitches on digital experience improvements for both internal and external stakeholders. -Define brand messaging strategies to ensure market differentiation for both our company and our clients. -Implement marketing automation workflows to optimize customer journeys and engagement. -Analyze website behavior, lead conversions, and customer interactions to drive data-backed website optimizations. 2. Customer Success & Retention -Develop and execute a Customer Success strategy to ensure client retention and satisfaction. -Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. -Implement customer education programs such as webinars, guides, and digital onboarding processes. -Establish loyalty programs and engagement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. 3. Building Client Value & Customer Advocacy -Develop a customer value strategy to grow and expand long-term customer loyalty. -Build client success stories, case studies, and testimonials to highlight the impact of digital strategies. -Create thought leadership content, including podcasts, webinars, and industry events to position our company as market leaders. -Work with the marketing team to integrate customer feedback and testimonials into promotional materials. -Establish customer referral programs to generate new business through satisfied clients. 4. Client Upselling & Account Expansion -Engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend strategic digital solutions. -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through customer data and behavior analysis. -Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to optimize revenue growth from existing clients. Preferred Experience: ➤ Strong B2B strategy experience across digital experience, website optimization, customer journey mapping, and sales enablement. ➤ Experience working with software service companies or technology-driven organizations.
