We are looking for a Digital / Programmatic Campaign Manager to support our B2C and B2B digital branding, marketing and acquisition campaigns for healthcare and medical clients. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing of digital / programmatic advertising to generate measurable brand awareness and business growth. Responsibilities: Collaborate on digital media campaign strategy (goals, budget, targeting) Setup, execute and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, paid social and other channels Develop audience targeting strategies, segmentation, data setup & bidding strategy Pre-launch creative review & tracking implementation QA checks & launch monitoring Manage monthly ad budgets / bidding in platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Basis or TradeDesk Optimize campaigns through performance analysis and A/B testing. Monitor and manage data exports to collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor campaign performance, and ensure ROI targets are met Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and B2B campaigns. Proficiency in platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Basis and/or TradeDesk Proven success managing digital / programmatic campaigns and meeting KPI targets Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Experience with Google Analytics and campaign optimization tools Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data Proficiency in managing multi-platform media campaigns Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
