I am looking for an experienced online advertising expert to provide consultation and strategic advice on a potential real estate lead generation campaign. The concept involves offering a crypto gift to home buyers and sellers who work with our group of agents, setting us apart from traditional agent gifts like wine or gift baskets. Scope of Work: • Provide expert consultation on the feasibility and effectiveness of this lead generation concept • Recommend the best advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for targeting home buyers and sellers • Offer insights on ad messaging, targeting, and compliance considerations (especially regarding real estate and cryptocurrency incentives) • Suggest budget estimates and expected ROI based on industry benchmarks • Discuss potential strategies for A/B testing and campaign optimization Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience in online advertising and lead generation (real estate experience preferred) • Knowledge of PPC, social media advertising, and audience targeting • Familiarity with ad policies related to real estate and promotional incentives • Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations • Excellent communication skills and ability to present clear strategic proposals Next Steps: This is strictly a consultation role to start.
