Creative Strategist for Facebook & Instagram Video Ads

Looking for a creative strategist specializing in video ads to develop engaging Facebook and Instagram ad creatives for our e-commerce brand in the home and kitchen niche. Our target audience is women aged 35+, so we need someone who understands how to craft video content that resonates with this demographic and drives conversions. Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ads that grab attention and sell. - Edit and produce short-form video ads (15–60 sec) optimized for Facebook and Instagram. - Ensure videos follow best practices for social media advertising (fast hooks, captions, clear CTA, complies with Meta's policies etc.). Requirements: - Proven experience creating high-performing video ads for e-commerce brands. - Ability to craft compelling hooks, storytelling, and CTAs tailored to women 35+. - Understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad best practices and trends. - Experience incorporating UGC-style content and product demos into video ads. - Ability to analyze ad performance and adapt creative strategies accordingly. - Knowledge of motion graphics, text overlays, and viral ad structures is a plus.
