Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate contractor, you'll be the primary liaison between our customers, CX team, and warehouses while overseeing all DTC fulfillment including dropship orders with our ecomm partners. In addition to the Head of CX and CX team, you’ll work closely Director of Operations as well as other members of the leadership team on occasion to assist with key initiatives and special projects throughout the year. During our busy summer season, staying organized, vigilant, and having the ability to stay cool and focused while troubleshooting is crucial. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth within operations at a fast paced startup! Key Responsibilities - Daily DTC fulfillment monitoring in Shopify and our order management systems across all of our warehouses - Manage daily monitoring of order updates/error alerts in our order and warehouse management systems - Proactive delivery tracking of DTC shipments to troubleshoot carrier delays & exceptions. - DTC carrier support for claim submission, RTS shipments, lost shipments etc. - Oversee DTC returns processing including monitoring the exceptions, refund approvals etc. - Daily B2B dropship support across all our ecomm partners 3rd party partner support for our fraud detection partners, extended warranty partners, etc. - Identify team pain points to improve efficiency and automation within our backend operations
