We're looking to add a part-time data admin expert to streamline our internal process for product listing in our Shopify ecomm store, as well as help us organize and manage legal paperwork. This individual must be very organized and detailed orientated. Precision, speed and accuracy are vital to this role. We are looking for someone who has worked in: - e-commerce environments, specifically Shopify stores - consumer products - inventory management - ensuring pricing and product data accuracy Key tasks include: - Oversee all product data and descriptions on website - Create barcodes for every new product SKU - Reconcile packing lists with warehouse - Filing legal paperwork on google drive - Filling out forms on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, AliExpress etc to take down infringing product - Actively seeking out dupes and reporting the listings on the platforms
