Property Manager / Virtual Assistant for Successful Entrepreneur / GREAT BOSS

The job is a personal assistant to a real estate investor (previously successful tech entrepreneur) with a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.  The main job is to research products, make phone calls for the client, arrange three ways calls for the client, organize data so that the team can make a decision, coordinate tenants and contractors, and help to correct billing errors. Most of the job is from 9:30am to 11:30am Pacific Time. You must be available to either answer the phone or return calls which may come in later in the day. We regularly synchronize in the evenings around 8pm Pacific for 30 minutes, although the exact time is flexible. Please .. have three way calling, be available without interruptions from 9:30 to 11:30 Pacific Time M-F, have privacy on your computer so that no one else has access to our tenants's private information, have a private area to work so that you can't be overhead from 9:30 to 11:30 M-F be available 2 to 3 evenings for 30 minute meetings .. Note : We generally give a series of paid test projects to test for compatibility before we bring people on permanently. We would like a long term person. Duties: Make phone calls, gather information so the team can make a decision. Coordinate three calls and document the calls. Research as needed. Set personal appointments (anything from oil changes to medical appointments). Call tenants and contractors as instructed. Hours: Monday / Wednesday : 9:30 to noon; 4 to 4:30pm (returning calls), 8 to 8:30pm (flexible) Tuesday / Thursday : 9:30 to 10am and 4:15 to 4:30pm (returning calls), 8 to 8:15pm (flexible) Friday : 9:30 to 10am The bulk of the work is done in the morning. The afternoon is to return calls and emails that have come in during the day. The evening is to synchronize. There is some flexibility on the afternoon and evening hours.
