Older entrepreneur looking for a PA/EA to assist in most aspects of taking pressure off and getting things done. Based on your ability, looking for someone that can handle everything from communications, coordination, organization, and ‘projects’ management. Opportunity to grow significantly. Must be organized and have Common Sense as well as be able to work independently. As most of my operations are based outside of the US, I spend most of my time there and need someone that can handle things from Florida, where we can also meet and work together when I am here in the Fort Lauderdale area. Candidate must also have an ‘entrepreneurial’ understanding and be a person that looks for and finds solutions to problems, looking at them as a challenge, rather than pointing fingers or finding reasons as to why not. The candidate does not have to be super experienced but must want to continuously learn. I am more looking for the right attitudes, common sense, and the person’s abilities, especially to find solutions. Hours/days are flexible. Looking for someone to start immediately!
