Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to support our outreach, sales, and email marketing efforts. This virtual, part-time role (15-20 hours per week) requires experience in list building, CRM management, warm calling, and appointment setting within educational institutions, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations. Key Responsibilities: -Build, clean, and prioritize prospect lists, focusing on educational institutions, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations. -Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus), ensuring accurate and organized contact data. -Conduct warm calls to potential prospects—confidently initiate and manage conversations to drive engagement and schedule discovery calls. -Identify key decision-makers within educational institutions and other organizations to ensure outreach is targeted and effective. -Support email marketing campaigns, including sequencing and targeted outreach. -Assist in sales activities, including prospect research and outreach. -Vet potential prospects during initial outreach to determine engagement readiness. -Maintain strong communication and organizational skills to support a collaborative yet independent work environment. Requirements: *CRM experience is mandatory (HubSpot preferred). *Strong list-building and data management skills. *Experience in warm calling and appointment setting to engage potential prospects. *Familiarity with educational institutions and their decision-making processes. *Experience supporting email marketing and sales initiatives. *Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. *Ability to work independently and collaboratively without constant supervision. *Must provide a window of available work hours each week.
