Industrial Designer
Project Overview We are developing an innovative adjustable pet washing device that prioritizes ergonomics, usability, and visual appeal. We need an experienced industrial designer to create a functional and user-friendly product while collaborating with the mechanical engineering team. Tasks & Responsibilities • Develop a user-friendly industrial design based on product concepts. • Create ergonomic, aesthetic, and functional design elements. • Design adjustable parts and ensure seamless usability. • Work with mechanical engineers to integrate design with mechanical functionality. • Prepare 3D renderings, sketches, and concept presentations. • Ensure manufacturing feasibility of the design. Who We Are Looking For • Industrial designer with experience in consumer products, pet accessories, or ergonomic designs. • Strong skills in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Rhino. • Ability to balance aesthetics with engineering constraints. • Knowledge of manufacturing methods and materials. • (Bonus) Experience with UX/UI research and user testing. Payment & Work Format • Fixed-rate payment per project phase (budget discussed individually). • Remote freelance position. • Estimated project duration: 3-5 weeks for design refinement.
