Full-Time Bookkeeper for Consulting Business

Hi! Our consulting company is looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our consulting business by cleaning up and organizing our clients financial records. We serve multiple clients in the USA. ⸻ Scope of Work: • Organize and categorize all business income and expenses for clients (for ongoing clients) • Manage invoices, A/P, and A/R for certain clients • Do Quickbooks cleanups (for new clients that have a lot of catch up to do with their QBO) • Prepare accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements • Deliver tax-ready documents in PDF/Excel format Requirements - 2 years of experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting platform - Proficient english (written and verbal) you can have meetings with client to explain reports if needed and write emails back and forth with clientCategory: Finance & ManagementSubcategory: AccountingWhat do you need?: For a startupIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: As needed
