Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for HR Tech Platform Optimization We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer to join our team and lead the optimization of our HR technology platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a comprehensive project that will significantly enhance user experience, platform functionality, and overall system architecture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Small fixes and improvements to existing front app: add more email marketing (already existing templates & connection to Sendgrid) + minor UI fixes. 2. Upgrade and optimize our Laravel-based API (from version 5.x to 11). Using an automated tool which can also improve the code as Laravel Shift is a plus. 3. Collaborate on database model changes and potential migration from MySQL 4. Create comprehensive API documentation 5. Develop new api features and improvements (create features present on other apps which should be on api, to seek for a future pure front-end apps) on the future, the roadmap will continue as follows: 1. Build new pure front-end interfaces using ReactJS or other technologies (but 0% back technologies on front). 2. Implement user interface improvements to enhance usability and reduce load times 3. Collaborate with the team to refine and implement the development roadmap Required Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in Laravel (versions 5.x to 11) and PHP - Experience with Laravel Shift for version upgrades - Expertise in ReactJS for front-end development - Familiarity with MySQL and database optimization techniques - Experience with API development, documentation, and RESTful principles - Knowledge of email automation and marketing/CRM platforms (e.g., Sendgrid, Salesforce) - Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications - Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud - Experience with version control systems (Git) Nice to Have: - Knowledge of HR tech or recruitment platforms - Experience with Elastic Stack for log management - Experience with MongoDB or similar for non-relational objects storage - Familiarity with CRM integration, particularly Salesforce We are looking for a developer who can think critically about system architecture, implement best practices, and adapt to our startup environment.
