Analyze market data and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial performance and marketing effectiveness, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Create financial dashboards and reports to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs). Evaluate the ROI of individual staging jobs and make recommendations to improve pricing and efficiency. Track labor, material, transport, and storage costs to identify areas for cost reduction. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in building pricing models and scenario analyses. Work with QuickBooks, Excel, and/or other financial tools to clean, interpret, and visualize data. Present insights to leadership in an organized, easy-to-understand format.
