Azure Developer with HIPAA Experience
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure Developer with expertise in HIPAA compliance to assist in configuring, integrating, and securing our Azure environment. We are creating a basic Optical Character Recognition (OCR) flow utilizing the Azure suite, integrated with the frontend/backend service - Backendless.com. The role involves: (1) consulting on the current architecture & workflow, (2) setting up Azure Document Intelligence (private endpoints, encryption keys, etc.) and Azure Storage Blob, and (3) integrating the Azure components with Backendless utilizing API services, MS Power Automate, or third party tools. There is a possibility of expanding the scope to include a HIPAA-compliant internal use chatbot integration as well. Scope of work 1. Azure Configuration (HIPAA-Compliant Infrastructure) -Securely configure Azure Blob Storage for file storage, ensuring proper encryption and access control. -Set up Azure Document Intelligence (ADI) to process incoming files via OCR. -Implement Private Endpoints to ensure all data transfers occur securely within the Azure network. -Configure and manage Azure Key Vault to store and control encryption keys. 2. Architecture/Workflow Consultation -Provide an expert assessment of current workflow and tools Power Automate and Backendless Flowrunner to determine which is best suited for our automation needs. -Discuss integration capabilities, security, scalability, and cost considerations. 3. HIPAA-Compliant Chatbot Consultation (optional) -Advise on Azure Bot Service or other HIPAA-compliant chatbot solutions. -Discuss how the chatbot can read/write information from our Backendless database securely. -Evaluate compliance requirements, authentication, and access controls for chatbot interactions.
