Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cold email and cold call system to streamline outreach to potential sellers. - Utilize SmartLead and AI to enhance and automate the systems for better efficiency and results. - Ensure systems are set up to handle large volumes of leads and follow-ups. - Work closely with me to understand the goals and requirements, as I will provide all necessary data, leads, and scripts for the system. - Ensure that the systems are user-friendly for my acquisitions team to execute. Requirements: - Experience in building cold email/cold call systems for real estate or sales. - Proficiency with SmartLead, AI tools, and other automation platforms. - Strong understanding of outreach automation, lead management, and tracking. - Ability to create easy-to-use systems that can be adopted by a team.
