Influencer Program Manager
Men's and women's wellness brand is seeking a results-driven Influencer Program Manager to lead and grow our influencer marketing efforts. This role will own the strategy, outreach, and management of influencer partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across social platforms—especially Instagram and TikTok. What You’ll Do: - Identify, recruit, and manage a pipeline of influencers aligned with our brand - Oversee contracts, content deliverables, and performance tracking - Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams to ensure influencer efforts translate into leads and conversions - Track results and optimize the program for ROI, growth, and efficiency - Innovate new ideas to scale our influencer program What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of experience managing influencer partnerships - Strong communication skills - Highly organized with a proactive, self-starter mindset - Experience in health, wellness, aesthetics or fitness brands is a plus - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment This is a ongoing hourly role with room to shape a growing program and make a measurable impact.
