Use your LinkedIn profile and account for outreach. 2. Research and connect with American female founders. 3. Send tailored connection requests and initial messages. 4. Conduct interviews using two specific questions: * "Do you text personal messages, such as feedback on projects, compliments, or appreciation, to your team members?" * "Do you ever hesitate to send such personal messages when you want to because you respect their private time?" 5. Achieve these milestones: * Get one founder to invite team members to the app. * Collect feedback from them. Compensation & Milestones: * Conduct 3 interviews with the two closed questions: $28 (valid only if the both of questions receive a "Yes") * Secure a sign-up from interviewees: $12 per user (max $36 for 3 users) * Get one founder to invite their team members: $60 per founder (max $180 for 3 founders) * Collect feedback from one founder: $25 per feedback (max $75 for 3 founders)
