Need Creative Graphic for a Halloween Event Poster

I need to have a Graphic Poster designed for our annual Halloween Event. Will need to follow same themes/styles as previous but images but images and ideas are up to the designer. Final Image needs to be approved. Need several different file sizes, example: instagram, banner, billboard, etc. including a photoshop editable file.
