Shopify Website Designer Needed – Design a Flavorful, Community-Driven Online Experience (Flat Rate)
Jubilee’s Pot Pies is a local, handcrafted savory pie business that values quality ingredients, bold flavors, and community connection. We’re looking for a creative Shopify designer who can help clean up and improve our existing live site to make it more engaging, user-friendly, and reflective of our brand. We need someone who will take our current website to the next level and design an online experience that reflects our heart, soul, and pies! What We Need: Fresh, engaging design that matches the personality of our brand—warm, bold, and vibrant. Mobile-optimized and user-friendly layout. Creativity to work with existing assets—we don’t have individual pie photos yet, so we’ll need creative solutions to make the site shine. A focus on making the site feel welcoming and personal, like the experience you’d get when attending one of our pop-up events. Preferred Skills: Shopify design experience (bonus points for food/retail websites) A strong sense of brand aesthetics, from typography to imagery (or placeholders for now) Experience with creating vibrant, engaging content for local businesses Bonus: If you're local to Gwinnett County or Georgia, there might be an opportunity to gather content at our pop-up events. MUST have relevant experience with Shopify. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. Describe your recent experience with similar projects, specifically with Shopify design. 2. How would you approach working with limited photos and using placeholders for the product lineup? 3. Can you share examples of your Shopify themes or previous food/retail websites?
