Social Media Coordinator

Job Description: We’re looking for a capable, organized, and creatively attuned Social Media Coordinator to support regular content production and scheduling for two boutique hospitality properties. This is a remote, part-time contract role. You’ll help keep social channels consistent and on-brand using a blend of AI-assisted content generation, Canva-based post production (with existing templates), and light scheduling. You won’t need to define the brand voice—but you will need to know how to co-pilot the tools that let it shine. The properties are rooted in natural beauty, historical charm, and quiet simplicity. What You'll Do: - Use AI tools (we’ll recommend some) to draft short-form content based on seasonal themes and prompts - Edit and shape that content for tone, voice, and clarity—with human warmth and care - Use Canva to create visual posts using branded templates (no from-scratch design required) - Upload and schedule approved content through a social media platform (we’ll provide access) - Light monitoring—flag comments, questions, or unusual activity What You Won’t Do: - Manage strategy, branding, or client relationships - Create new designs, logos, or complex assets - Write from scratch with no direction—we’ll provide prompts, themes, and guidance You’re a Good Fit If You... - Are comfortable working with AI writing tools and shaping the results to fit a defined brand voice - Are confident using Canva for content production and can work from existing templates - Understand how to adapt content for Instagram and Facebook (visual-first platforms) - Are detail-oriented, respectful of brand boundaries, and keep projects moving without reminders - Communicate clearly, ask good questions, and stay organized Project Scope: - Estimated 16–22 hours/month to start - 1-month paid trial, with potential for ongoing work - Room for the role to expand over time To Apply: 1.
