I’m looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative freelancer to help me design real estate postcards in Canva and manage social media content creation and posting. I want someone who values input and collaboration rather than just delivering finished work without discussion. What I’m Looking For: ✅ Expert in Canva – Able to design high-quality real estate postcards, flyers, and other marketing materials. ✅ Social Media Knowledge – Skilled in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. ✅ Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in branding, design, and messaging. ✅ Highly Creative – Can bring fresh ideas to enhance my marketing strategy. ✅ Collaborative Approach – Open to feedback and willing to refine designs/posts based on my vision. ✅ Experience in Real Estate Marketing (Preferred but not required). Scope of Work: Design monthly real estate postcards using Canva. Create social media posts (graphics, captions, and some short-form videos). Schedule and post content on social media platforms. Provide creative input and strategy suggestions to improve engagement.
