I am hosting a Suprise 70th birthday party for my mother and inviting 50 guests. I am looking for someone who would be able to take care of the decor including creating a balloon arch/photo op wall, balloon bunches throughout the room, custom napkins, signature cocktail menu, etc. all within a specific theme/color coordination.
