This role is for a video editor with 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital advertising, or video editing, particularly for performance-driven brands in eCommerce, CPG, or direct-to-consumer spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Meta ad creatives, trends, and video storytelling, with proficiency in tools like Capcut and Premiere Pro. Responsibilities include editing short-form, high-converting ad creatives, long-form brand storytelling content, and podcasts while ensuring engagement and messaging clarity. A solid understanding of marketing psychology, copywriting, and crafting compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action is essential. Experience with Meta Ads, paid social creative strategy, and analytics is a plus, as is the ability to develop creative briefs and provide content direction for user-generated content.
