I'm looking to build a mobile news app. Think Google News or API News but with an additional filter, that's it. No need to overthink it, especially the first iteration. I am looking for someone who can take me from current concept (which I will share after NDA is complete) to finished app with monetized annual cost for the app. I need to know the best estimate of total costs, ongoing maintenance expense estimates, etc etc. Thanks in advance as I'm confident I can find the right person to help launch a successful project.
