Overview: I’m looking for a developer to build a simple web-based dashboard that tracks **class enrollment, labor costs, and gross margins** from a spreadsheet we currently manage manually. We’re running weekly classes and need a clean, editable interface that makes it easy to: - View, update, and add classes per day - Track number of students, labor cost, and margin per class - Automatically calculate gross revenue and margin - Export data for reports Key Features: Dashboard - Weekly summary of: - Total gross revenue - Labor cost - Gross margin % - Labor % (flag if over 25%) Editable Class Table Each row should show: - Day of the Week - Class Name - Number of Students (editable) - Price per Student - Net Revenue - Instructor Info (count, hourly rate, hours) - Weekly Labor Cost (auto-calculated) - Gross Margin % (auto-calculated) Add New/Subtract ClassChange Date of Class - Form to add a class on any day - Inputs: - Day of Week - Class Name - Student Count - Price per Student - Instructor Hours / Hourly Rate Edit Existing Class - Click to update student count or other class data - Recalculate margin automatically Export/Reporting - Export dashboard or data to Excel or PDF - Clean, responsive UI (React preferred, but open to other simple stacks) - Backend to store and update class data (Firebase, Supabase, or lightweight DB) - Spreadsheet upload support (optional for V1) - User login I’ve included a sample spreadsheet with our existing format so you can understand the data structure.
