Web Developer For Digital Marketing Agency
We are in need of an awesome web developer to join our Industrial Marketing Agency (https://mfgtribe.com) team. ***Need someone that can start immediately to get us out of a hole dug with past due blog posts and page optimizations. ***Total initial hours is 15-20 per week and could go up from there. ***THIS COULD EITHER BE A PERMANENT ROLE OR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT ***You must be able to get assigned tasks from the project manager and complete them within the due date (typically 1-5 days). ***You must be able to manage your own workload You don't have to have all of the skills listed below but it would help to have one person that can do everything if possible. We aren't going to list out all languages and potential combinations of skills, some things go without saying. NOTE: About 75% of the websites we develop/work on are in Wordpress. WEEKLY WORKLOAD - Updating our client's website with the latest blogs/articles/white papers that we've created ----30 min to 45 min allowed per post - Updating a pages Technical SEO: We will do the research, write the copy, update the design we just need you to implement it -----Approxiametely 90 minutes allowed per page DEV PROJECTS - There are times we would need your assistance with tasks related to websites that we're in the process of building. Skills in Wordpress new site overhauls front end and back end would be appreciated YOUR SKILLS - Wordpress Expert: Proper page setup with containers/rows/etc, plugin expertise, SEO knowledge, Revolution Slider Experience, performance/speed enhancements, 301 redirects, visual composer, etc. - Knolwedge of how to increase page load speed and implement those changes efficiently - CSS, HTML, JS - Ability to work in a cloud-based project management system (TeamWork Projects) - Ability to manage multiple web dev projects or live sites at the same time - Web page updates with recent blog posts (on maintenance clients) - Latest design trends knowledge - Must be kind to others, we have a great culture and aren't willing to jeopardize that. *****PLEASE SEND EXAMPLES OF RECENT WEBSITES YOU'VE COMPLETED WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AGENCIES TO CONTACT US, MUST BE INDEPENDENT.
