Salesforce UPS Module Update
We currently have an UPS Module built into our Salesforce CRM. This is a custom module. It works great but we need some UI and reporting changes. - Update UI to make it look more modern - Reporting - UPS Packages Shipped in the Month Updates - Reporting - UPS Tracking for RETURN Labels with Status Update (DBA Name, Merchant Number, Tracking Number, Updated Status, Last Date, Shipped Date etc.) All fields are present but we need it to be a most robust reporting. - Reporting - Generate an automated report to email if the RETURN is not returned within two weeks. - Update the Shipping Address and Return Shipping Address on the UI - Update the Shipping Label to have the Merchant Number on the Label and the Phone Number if Possible Please note that this module is working now we just need to make updates and robust reporting
