Our new technology allows our customers to stay in touch with their friends, family, and colleagues by merging the world of technology and handcrafted letters. We're based in New York and are the 8th oldest company in the United States! We are looking for a QA Test Engineer to help solidify our application, using modern tools and procedures to ensure stability of our new features. We have massive corporate customers, a strong team, and a knack for capitalizing on opportunities. What You’ll Do: - Manually test our web application which is built with React and Node.js - Report bugs to our project management tool - Work alongside the development staff directly - Implement test management tools, such as TestRails or similar - Write test plans and acceptance criteria for new features - Test cross-platform optimizations for mobile experiences - Create documentation for solutions and features developed - Provide technical reports on the app performance and bugs - Automate integration tests with tools such as Cypress or Playwright - Smoke test the application on production to ensure ongoing stability What we expect out of you is the same we expect from ourselves: - We are a close-knit team and only want to work with people we like to work with.
