WordPress Helpdesk Assistant - Associate
Our team is need of a customer support agent who can troubleshoot common/basic issues with WordPress / Elementor websites. Need 5-15 hours a week availability for now may increase based on growth. Perform regular WordPress updates (themes, plugins, core) while ensuring site stability. Monitor and maintain backups for all client sites. Address basic website support requests, such as minor content updates, formatting adjustments, or plugin installations. Troubleshoot and fix minor WordPress issues, such as layout problems, broken links, and plugin conflicts. Assist with security and performance monitoring, ensuring all sites remain fast and secure. Respond to client inquiries related to site maintenance and content edits. Work with our internal team to escalate complex technical issues as needed.
