Build a simple website from an existing design template/wireframe tailored for two distinct audiences - mortgage seekers and lending professionals. The website will need simple contact forms and a few plugins. Eventually we will integrate with a CRM, but the first phase is building the website with an ability to funnel traffic and capture contact information for leads. If the initial build goes well, I would be interested in exploring a longer-term project for maintenance, updates and SEO with our other digital channels. Ideally, the contractor will be able to assist with UI/UX and have experience in design, but most importantly, will have deep experience in the functionality of wordpress to create a website that meets the operational needs of attracting and funneling our targeted market and corresponding audiences.
