Webflow Designer for Clean, Precise Execution (With Smart Suggestions When Needed)

We're looking for a Webflow designer who can execute clean, precise updates to our existing site while occasionally offering thoughtful suggestions where it makes sense. This is not a full redesign—we need someone skilled at implementing defined updates, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, and following brand guidelines while keeping things efficient. What You’ll Be Doing • Building new sections and refining existing ones based on provided references. • Ensuring responsiveness and clean implementation across devices. • Adding subtle animations/interactions where they enhance the UX. • Following brand guidelines closely while offering minor improvements where applicable. • Collaborating with our team in a straightforward, no-nonsense workflow. How We Work We provide clear direction, design references, and brand guidelines for each task. We expect fast, high-quality execution without unnecessary revisions. We appreciate proactive but practical input—if something can be done better, we’re open to hearing it. We prefer U.S.-based freelancers to ensure smooth communication and scheduling. Who We're Looking For ✅ Strong Webflow expertise – You can implement designs efficiently and cleanly. ✅ Good taste in execution – You recognize modern, high-end design aesthetics. ✅ Detail-oriented & precise – Clean layouts, spacing, and responsiveness matter. ✅ Reliable & communicative – You meet deadlines and provide clear updates. ✅ Flexible but not overcomplicating things – Smart suggestions are welcome, but we’re not looking for a full-site rethink. How to Apply Send us: • Your Webflow portfolio (real projects, no templates). • A short note about your experience refining and updating existing Webflow sites. • Your hourly rate within the posted range. • Looking forward to working with someone who can execute with precision, efficiency, and professionalism!
