1. Introduction Inside Philanthropy is seeking proposals for a website redesign core set of artifacts that creatively represent our brand, enhance user experience with UX best practices and provide a unique and interesting interface for our subscriber base. The scope includes a refreshed visual identity, wireframes for key landing pages, and strategic design conceptual documentation for improved engagement and content accessibility. 2. Project Goals Design cohesive key feature pages: Home page, Grant Finder landing page, Articles Landing page, Learn Center Landing Page, Donor Advisory Center landing page. Design cohesive key detail pages: news article, funder profile, explainer, State of American Philanthropy, donor brief Map out navigation paths from each of the key sections to other related sections. 3. Scope of Work The selected vendor will deliver: - Wireframes & Mockups: Homepage and 3-4 key landing pages. - UX/UI Strategy: Streamlined navigation and information architecture documents. - Future Scalability Considerations: Design components that allow for growth and iteration. 4. Key Deliverables & Timeline Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (Weeks 1-2) – Research, branding guidelines, UX analysis. Phase 2: Design Concepts (Weeks 3-4) – Homepage and landing page wireframes. Phase 3: Finalized Designs & Assets (Weeks 5-6) – High-fidelity mockups. 5. Vendor Qualifications Proven experience in website UX/UI design for news media with research and/or nonprofit sectors a plus. Proficiency in UX/UI best practices, recent certification a plus. Accessible active website references of past and current projects. 6. Submission Requirements Interested vendors should provide: - Company or consultant overview and relevant experience. - Project approach and methodology. - Estimated timeline and cost breakdown. - Examples of similar work. - References from past clients. 7. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on: - Demonstrated experience and portfolio quality. - Proposed timeline, cost, and feasibility. 8. Submission Deadline Proposals must be submitted by March 15.
