CSS Developer
We are a New York based software firm specializing in software for the health care industry. We’re looking for a CSS Developer. You have experience in converting PSD, PDF and image mockups and producing CSS files. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting front end issues and delivering suggestions on how to overcome potential problems. LOCATION: Remote RATE: $35 per hour ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create CSS code from mockups, images and psd files • Create and maintain visual design elements of our SAAS applications • Document, and troubleshoot potential front-end issues • Solid understanding of HTML, jQuery and JavaScript • Be current and up to date on responsive design techniques • Writing cross-browser compatible CSS for each modern browser • Learn our software and its functions QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), college diploma, or equivalent experience plus demonstrated ability and interest in technology • Excellent design skills • One year of experience creating CSS code • Excellent English skills, oral and written (technical and non-technical) • Strong attention to detail • You must be in the eastern time zone or east of EST. All meetings will be at 7 am eastern time for the duration of this contract. If you cannot meet at 7 am every day of the week please do not apply.
