I wrote a html code to gather some data for a client. I would like to be able to give clients a link to a page on my website to complete the form and then have the form automatically e-mailed to me. It would be nice if I received the data from the table as a csv. It would laos be nice if it matched the style of my website. If possible I would like the Expenses listed under the expense summary table to be editable and delete able.
