I'm seeking a current or former law enforcement or corrections officer—or someone experienced with the hiring and psychological evaluation process for these roles—to help me strengthen my application. I’m specifically looking for guidance on preparing for psychological standards, understanding what hiring panels look for, and improving my resume and interview readiness. A forensic psychologist or civil service attorney familiar with background disqualifications or appeals would also be helpful for this project.
