About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take charge of our brand’s online presence. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for managing the content calendar, content creation, and community engagement while ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals. This role is not just about posting content—it’s about building an engaging, strategic, and high-impact brand presence that attracts and nurtures leads. You will work directly with other team members to create content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions. As a part-time, contract role (25-30 hours per week to start), we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently and strategically, ensuring our social efforts directly support lead generation and brand visibility. This position has the potential to grow into a leadership role, where you will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a growing content and community team.
