Description: We’re a growing home improvement and remodeling business looking for a Paid Ads Strategist & Manager to take full ownership of our paid media program with a strong focus on high-intent lead generation through Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for the complete development, launch, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns targeting homeowners searching for garage, closet, and home organization services. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with our internal team (handling landing page optimization and CRM setup in HighLevel) to ensure a seamless, high-converting funnel from ad to booked consultation. This is a monthly retainer role for an experienced freelancer who can drive measurable results and scale performance. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Local Services Ads ✅ Manage all aspects of campaign setup, targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization ✅ Craft compelling ad copy and headlines using our existing media library and market insights ✅ Provide creative direction for visuals and short-form video scripts (we’ll produce assets based on your guidance) ✅ Collaborate with our internal team to ensure landing page messaging and layout align with ad strategy ✅ Coordinate with our CRM team to integrate campaign leads into HighLevel for tracking and automation ✅ Deliver clear, consistent weekly reports with actionable insights and performance recommendations ⸻ Who We’re Looking For:
