Video Content Editor + Funnel Marketing Strategist (Kajabi & ClickFunnels Expert)
Description: Are you a creative video editor and a strategic digital marketer? Do you love telling stories through video and building funnels that convert? I’m looking for a multitalented content creator and funnel strategist to take full ownership of my video content and lead generation systems. This is a long-term opportunity to work with a mission-driven business focused on helping families navigate the college admissions process. This role is NOT for someone looking to be told what to do every day. I want a visionary partner who can lead content development, edit video, manage a content calendar, and drive leads through powerful Kajabi and ClickFunnels funnels. Key Responsibilities: • Edit Video Content: • Short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) • Long-form (YouTube videos, webinar replays, client testimonials, course content) • Content Calendar Management: • Create and manage a monthly calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn • Plan and schedule content in alignment with launches, services, and seasonal strategy • Funnel Strategy & Execution: • Build and optimize lead-gen and sales funnels using ClickFunnels and Kajabi • Create landing pages, email sequences, and opt-ins that drive conversions • Email Marketing: • Write and schedule strategic emails in Kajabi (sequences + broadcasts) • Monitor open/click rates and suggest optimizations • Content Repurposing: • Break down long-form content (webinars, podcast episodes, blog posts) into social-ready assets • Maximize content mileage across platforms • Performance Tracking: • Analyze content and funnel metrics • Recommend ways to improve engagement and lead generation ⸻ Must-Have Skills: • Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent + strong captioning and hook writing) • Expert-level knowledge of Kajabi and ClickFunnels • Funnel-building and conversion copywriting • Strong social media instincts and understanding of trends • Ability to lead and execute a content marketing strategy • Strong English communication skills (verbal + written) • Highly organized and self-directed ⸻ Bonus Skills: • Familiarity with the education, parent, or coaching space • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • Paid ads or analytics background
