Social Media Ads Specialist (Meta + LinkedIn)
We’re looking for a social media advertising specialist to help with paid campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. This is a freelance/contract role to support an upcoming campaign. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, can provide thoughtful strategy input, and delivers clear performance reporting. Ideal skills: • Proven experience running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Ability to manage targeting, audience building, A/B testing, and budget pacing • Comfortable analyzing performance and providing clear reports (clicks, conversions, ROAS, etc.) • Familiarity with creative best practices across both platforms • Experience in higher education a plus Timeline: We’re aiming to launch on June 1st, with work to start ASAP.
